Its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this blog, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Shipping Courier
Your orders are usually delivered via Pos Laju Express. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment so you can track your package online through the following  couriers.

Delivery Time
We will begin shipping work as soon as we receiving your payment. Usually, it will take 5-7 working days to finish the delivery (Don't included customs clearance times). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.

Confirmation
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order. Packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender.

Customs
We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the shoes stopped by customs. We are not responsible for products seized by local customs. We can't control any option or right that customs holds. We will do our best to help release the shoes, but if your customs hold your products and do not release back to you by any reason, rule or policy, we will not refund and are not responsible for such an instance.

Order Adjust
Although the majority of products have in stock, but we cannot guarantee all products all have in stock. Therefore we need to adjust your order in the dealing. If some items are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail, you can choose the same value products to replace them, or request a partial refund

Refund
Only in the following circumstances you can request a refund
1. When your order has not been sent, you can request for a full refund.
2. some items are out of stock, you can request for a partial refund.

Agreement
By purchasing with us you are agreeing with our terms, that we are not held responsible for any action on behalf of local customs. If you do not agree with our terms, please leave our blog now.
